How do I update my Answers Café account information?
Using AC’s administration features, once you’ve logged on to your account, you can edit any of your account information directly by clicking on the “My Account” tab.

How do I add, delete or change the people associated with my Answers Café account?
Using AC’s administration features, once you’ve logged on to your account, you can add, delete or change access designation for any of your AC users by clicking on the “My People” tab.

How do I access support for my Answers Café account?
Support is community based. If you have a question, search our Answers Café support forum for threads posting similar questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, check out our AC FAQs page (you’re looking at it here!). If you still can’t find the answer you are looking for, post a new thread on the Answers Café support forum and other Answers Cafe users as well as Answers Cafe forum monitors respond with an answer. When another Answers Cafe user posts a question, if you know the answer, you can help them. If you still can’t find the help you need, give us a call.
